I think that you are right about women knowing some men are into feet - but I don't believe that the majority are OK with it. I think more often than not women will look at a guy with a foot fetish as a looney-tune weirdo they'd avoid at all costs. I think the pedicures, sexy foot wear , etc is done for the women to be 'completely' well groomed and not to attract a mate. I might be wrong but I'd never come out of the closet about it unless I really knew the women well and for a long time - I'm 48 and that hasn't even been close to happening.
