This is a fantastic post! I hope anyone wrestling with tell her/don't tell her, reads this post at least twice. As for not offering advice, SHL offers something much more valuable, an honest and eloquent representation of her thoughts and experiences. Over a span of years, I came to the same basic conclusions through trial and error, but mostly error. If I had read this post twenty years ago, I could have saved myself a lot of heartache. To SHL, thank you for writing and posting this excellent piece. Snowman
