I am sure you know this, but you really can't live without Roman Holiday on your list. In the original, a princess, Audrey Hepburn steps out of her shoe while greeting royal guests, her shoe falls over and she can't get it back on. In the remake, Catherine Oxenberg has the same trouble, and takes her shoes off several other times in the film. Also, if you need a better close up of Oxenberg, she hangs above a pit in her underwear waiting for Hugh Grant to save her in Lair of the White Worm. : I know that there have been messages on this board w/ lists of good foot movies, but I've got a pretty good list of my own.
