I used to live in DC, and can offer these suggestions. First, this time of year, with cold weather and snow, is NOT the best time for foot action. But that aside, the best place for me was always sitting on the stairs outside the American History museum. There were many spots to sit and there'd be tons of shoeplay. And because of the hard marble floors in the museum, lots of women would come out, take off their shoes, and walk away barefoot. I used to pick up several cute tourists in the 80s this way.

The other great places are the reflecting pools, both by the Capitol and by the Lincoln Memorial. In the summer, women love to take off their shoes and soak in the water.

Happy sight seeing!

: Yes Im wondering about the dangle action in our great capital. ;^) Any good hotspots? I'll have some time to kill for a day when Im there in a couple of weeks.
: Any help greatly appreciated!

: Thanks,
