This is the perfect thing to say. I usually do it on people who have loafers or heels on with barefeet. It also works with nylons.
Well you say "Excuse me but an ant or something just crawled inside your shoe", and they always take it off to check and then i'll say "Maybe its on the bottom of your foot", and i will get to see their sole. It works 99 time out of 100. Try it, its great. Cya
