Hi Dean,
But he always says that your page is his big view, where he gets all his ideas. He is doing it for the people in the German speaking countries that can not speak English so well. I don't know much about copyright in the www, but I think that it is not so bad to copy a good style from another person when you say it; and he does.
The pic's I don't know. I was not looking at it.
But for sure I agree with you that it would be better that he asked you before doing it.
