Just finished my first night working p/t at a local department store - what a night!
Was sitting in the break room and 2 other new hires, both attractive women in their 30's came in. First one kind of limped in and the second was walking "funny". "Rough first night" I asked, to which they both sighed and said "we can barely walk".
They collapsed onto the break room couch and pulled their high heels from their feet. First one let out an "oh!" and the second was trying to kick off her heels and saying "ah, ah, ah....." like her feet were on fire or something!
They both propped their stockinged feet up on the coffee table and tried to wiggle their poor toes and grimaced the whole time. Their facial features gave away the tremendous agony they were in. Finally, one of them said "I'm gonna go home tonight and soak my feet for hours". The second nodded in agreement, but said "I wish I had someone at home to rub my tootsies!!"
After about 20 minutes of toe wiggling and moaning, they both stood up and limped out of the break room in their stockinged feet.
Great first night!!!
