Well,I'm out here in California and I was walking in a outdoor mall and still saw a few women wearing sandals and going out barefeet in low 40 degree temperatures. Plus, the wind chill made it feel like it was in the mid 30s. Are these women so obsessed with the open toe shoes and going out barefeet that they just have to wear it in any type of weather conditions? What do you guys think?
