I was with her today and she started the conversation--ACTUALLY, when she got into my car she slid off her black 2" pumps. She said that her feet hurt, I noticed that her toes were red, before I asked she said that she had gotten a pedicure for the first time in years. She said that she enjoyed the way her toes looked, I told her that I always have my toes done and she said she noticed. I said that I slip my shoes off when they hurt, she said that was why she wore comfortable shoes before. I asked why she changed and she smiled and said that her new shoes were a gift. She also told me that her new friend had taken her shopping and suggested the pedicure. He bought her these shoes and the ones she said she was wearing tomorrow. She asked what was on our agenda for tomorrow, I told her we had an appointment with THE CUSTOMER that just placed the big order. She said great--She knew he would like her shoes. I asked why and she said they were higher that these and were opened toed. She said that Roy was meeting her after work and was expecting to see her in her new outfit and shoes. She said that she would need to buy two additional pair of hose this afternoon as she expected to run one today and another tomorrow. I asked whay and she said she would only wear her shoes when she HAD to and even carry her heels later!! I told her that she should at the end of the day she should just take her hose and be barefooted when she is carrying her shoes. She said she coudn't do that because her dress was too short. She also said that was another story she would tell me later??? I'll keep you updated---By the way I plan NO HOSE for tomorrow, black high heels open toes sandals and maybe a new pedicure!!!--Lisa-
