What do you think is the best way for a women to wear mules and open toed sandals from either bare feet or plain hose? I know that bare feet is very popular, especially being summer, but some women are now wearing them with plain hose. What do you think best suits a woman (Not counting black hose)from these. In my opinion I think that bare feet look better. Plain hose in open toed shoes don't look as good to me.
