I love coming to work in jeans or shorts! Our company is very casual, and not just on Fridays. We will put on our professional wear to interact with clients, but when we are doing daily project work in the office, we are casual and comfortable. Being comfortable makes me more productive. There’s nothing better than working barefoot.
